Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel. Stay overnight in hotel
Day 2: Explore Kathmandu and get organized the for trip. Stay overnight in Kathmandu
Day 3: Drive or fly to Pokhara. Stay overnight in Pokhara.
Day 4: Trek from Nayapul to Tikedhunga. ( 1525m )After driving approximately 1 hour from Pokhara, we begin our trek at Nayapul. After 30 minutes short walk along the banks of the beautiful Modi Khola river, we reach Birethanti (1065m) a large village that little shops & teahouses. From there, the trail continues through the village and follows the north bank of the Bhurungdi Khola river. We then climb steadily up the side of the valley to Hile at 1495m. After enjoying the breathtaking views we continue up to Tikhedhunga.

Day 5 : Trek from Tikedhunga to Ghorepani (2775 m)Leaving Tikhedunga, we begin our journey with a steep climb to Ulleri. Ulleri is a large Magar village at 2070m. Then the trail continues to ascend more gently, through fine forests of oak & rhododendron towards Birethanti at 2250m. Then hike towards Nangethanti at 2460m. After an hour or so of walking we will arrive at picturesque Ghorepani.Overnight at a Ghorepani Guest House.Day 6: Trek up Poonhill (3210 m) and then onto Tatopani (1190m)This morning, we will get up early and go hiking up Poon Hill. From here you will see superb views of the sunrise, and panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Fishtail, and so on. After visiting Poonhill, we will trek mostly downhill to Tatopani.Overnight in Guesthouse at Tatopani.Day 7: In Tatopani we will meet our biking guides. Pick up bikes and get fitted out for cycling. Bike from Tatopani to Beni 3 or 4 hours. Ride on gentle sloping terrain and wide jeep track, back into the lush surroundings of the Himalayan foothills to the village of Beni.Overnight at guesthouse at Beni. ( 899 m).Day 8: Bike from Beni to the Rafting and kayaking putting point on the Kali Gandaki River. We will ride mostly downhill on the road through villages and rolling hills. Cycling along the beautiful Kali Gandaki River we will see the thundering whitewater rapids. This will take 2 or 3 hours.In the evening meet the rafting crew staff and get fitted out with equipment for whitewater rafting. Camp on the riverbank.

Day 9-11 Whitewater Rafting and Kayaking on the Kali Gandaki (class 3-4 )The beautiful scenery on this remote river makes it a fantastic short multiday river trip. It passes through narrow gorges, alongside tumbling waterfalls and lush jungle. Whitewater rapids such as ‘ Big Brother, Little Brother, Good Morning and Landslide just to name a few will give you feelings of exhiliration and excitement. As we descend this stunning river. We will camp on the riverbank. In the afternoon on day 11 we take out at lunchtime and have lunch after the packup. Drive approximately 4 hrs to Pokhara.

Stay overnight in Pokhara. Group celebration dinner.

Day 12: Fly or drive back to Kathmandu ( Option to stay on in Pokhara )

Stay overnight in Kathmandu

Day 13: Shopping and exploring around Kathmandu.

Stay overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 14: Have breakfast and transfer to airport, fly home.
